As an extremely important part of the social governance system,the comprehensive management of social security has made great achievements and progress in the long-term construction and development process.The new era has put forward new and higher requirements for the comprehensive management of social security with Chinese characteristics.We should have a correct understanding of the new requirements for comprehensive management of public security,accelerate the process of building the rule of law,improve legislation on comprehensive governance of public security,ensure that the norms for the comprehensive management of public security meet the require⁃ments of the social security situation.
