公安工作现代化是中国式现代化的重要组成部分,并以其自身建设为中国式现代化道路行稳致远提供必要的安全保障。推动公安工作现代化要坚持党的绝对领导,深刻理解中国式现代化的理论内涵和本质要求,确保正确的政治方向。从实际出发,推进公安工作现代化应当着重在以下方面发力:融入国家安全体系,提升维护国家安全和社会稳定的能力;贯彻习近平法治思想,推进现代化法治公安建设;实施公安管理体制改革,构建具有中国特色的现代警务体系;推进科技兴警战略,实现警务技术手段的现代化转型升级;坚持公安教育训练实战化导向,培养素质过硬公安专业人才。

The modernization of public security work is an important part of Chinese modernization,and its own construction provides the necessary security guarantee for the steady and long-term development of Chinese modernization road.To promote the modernization of public security work,we must adhere to the absolute leader⁃ship of the Party,deeply understand the theoretical connotation and essential requirements of Chinese modernization,and ensure the correct political direction.From the actual point of view,the modernization of public security work should focus on the following aspects:integrate into the national security system,improve the ability to maintain national security and social stability;carry out the reform of public security management system and build a modern police system with Chinese characteristics;promote the strategy of revitalizing police by science and technology,and realize the modernization transformation and upgrade of police technical means;adhere to the practical orientation of public security education and training,and cultivate highly qualified public security professionals.
