智慧警务是大数据时代公安机关应对新时代社会安全形势的一种新型警务模式。在智慧警务背景下,提出建立中缅边境情报体系、强化大数据预警监管、科学开展一线巡逻防控、全方位强化二线查缉等建议,以期提高中缅边境管控效能,筑牢中缅边境安全稳定屏障。

Smart policing is a new policing mode for public security organs to cope with the social security situation in the new era in the era of big data.In order to deepen public security reform and meet the needs of border control between China and Myanmar in the new era,it is very important to strengthen border control between China and Myanmar under the background of smart policing.Under the background of smart policing,the public security organs should establish the intelligence system of China-Myanmar border,strengthen the early warning and supervi⁃sion of big data,scientifically carry out the first-line patrol prevention and control,and comprehensively strengthen the second-line investigation,so as to improve the control efficiency of China-Myanmar border and build a safe and stable barrier of China-Myanmar border.
