摘要
进出口企业对货代供应商的有效管理极为重要,对货代供应商的管理需要进出口企业进行认真监控和评估,及时解决问题,确保进出口货物能够安全、准时地运输到目的地。同时,保持良好的合作关系和沟通,能够提升企业的整体运作效率和竞争力。文中以海运进口和海运出口为例,主要从进出口企业对货代供应商服务范围的界定、服务流程的规范以及服务质量的绩效考核这3个最核心的内容来进行探讨,从实务、实操的层面阐述了进出口企业对货代供应商的管理,以便为进出口企业或货代公司提供一些有益的经验与参考。
The effective management of the freight forwarding suppliers by the import and export enterprises is very important.The management of the freight forwarding suppliers needs careful monitoring and evaluation by the import and export enterprises to solve problems in time,so as to ensure that the import and export goods can be transported safely and timely to the destination.At the same time,maintaining a good cooperative relationship and communication can improve the overall operation efficiency and competitiveness of enterprise.This paper takes sea import and maritime export as examples,mainly discusses from three core contents,which are the definition of service scope,service process specification,and the performance appraisal of service quality of freight forwarding suppliers by import and export enterprises,expounds the management of freight forwarding suppliers by import and export enterprises from the level of practice and practical operation in order to provide some useful experience and references for import and export enterprises or forwarder companies.
