摘要
在当今科技快速发展、竞争压力剧增、环境持续动荡的严峻形势下,物流企业如何实现可持续发展已经成为亟待解决的关键问题。党的二十大报告提出要“加快实施创新驱动发展战略”,创新是引领发展的第一动力。因此,有效地激活员工创新行为从而实现创新引领的可持续发展成为物流企业解决这一关键问题的有效途径。文中采用371份物流企业领导与员工配对的样本,实证检验了物流企业教练型领导与员工创新行为的关系。研究结果有助于推动物流企业员工的主动创新行为。
In the severe situation of rapid technological development,increasing competitive pressure,and continuous environmental turbulence,how logistics enterprises can achieve sustainable development has become a key issue that needs to be urgently solved.The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposes to“accelerate the implementation of the innovation driven development strategy”,where innovation is the primary driving force for development.Therefore,effectively activating employee innovation behavior to achieve sustainable development led by innovation has become an effective way for logistics enterprises to address this critical issue.This study uses 371 paired samples of logistics enterprise leaders and employees to empirically test the relationship between coaching leadership and employee innovation behavior in logistics enterprises.The research results contribute to promoting the proactive innovation behavior of logistics enterprise employees.
