Exploration of Improving the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Abilities of Logistics Engineering Major under New Engineering

为培养物流工程专业具有创新创业能力的新工科人才,文中结合物流工程专业特点及新工科建设对创新创业能力的要求,分析了目前创新创业能力培养的现状,并针对大学生创新创业能力不足的问题,提出从创新竞赛、教学体系、课程改革、导师团队、产学研平台、评价和激励体系等多方面探索创新创业能力培养的途径。

In order to cultivate new engineering talents with innovation and entrepreneurship abilities in the logistics engineering major,this paper analyzes the current situation of cultivating innovation and entrepreneurship abilities based on the characteristics of the logistics engineering major and the requirements of new engineering,and in response to the insufficient abilities of college students,explores ways to cultivate innovation and entrepreneurship abilities through innovation competitions,teaching system,curriculum reform,tutor team construction,industry-university-research platform,evaluation and incentive system and other aspects.
