轨道交通支撑引领城市群都市圈发展对策研究

Research on Strategies for Supporting and Leading the Development of Urban Agglomerations and Metropolitan Areas with Rail Transit

城镇化不断推进背景下,城市群都市圈成为我国重要的资源承载地,轨道交通依靠大容量、快速度、可靠性与安全性高等优势而发展迅猛。目前,我国城市群都市圈轨道交通在空间布局合理性、多层次轨道交通成网、运输组织创新性、支撑经济社会发展等方面存在短板,需进一步优化轨道交通发展环境,统筹推进多层次轨道交通建设,推动轨道交通市场化改革,加大土地综合开发利用支持力度,助力轨道交通发挥对城市群都市圈发展的支撑引领作用。

With the continuous advancement of urbanization,urban agglomerations and metropolitan areas have become important resource carriers in China.Rail transit has developed rapidly relying on its advantages of large capacity,fast speed,high reliability and safety.At present,there are several shortcomings in the development of rail transit in urban agglomerations and metropolitan areas,such as the spatial layout,formation of multi-level rail transit network,creativity of transportation operation,and the support for development of economic and society.It is necessary to further optimize the development environment of rail transit,coordinate the construction of multi-level rail transit,promote market-oriented reform of rail transit,and increase policy support for comprehensive land development and utilization,which will leverage the support of rail transit in the development of urban agglomerations and metropolitan areas.
