考虑电动汽车等待时间的路网随机用户均衡

Stochastic User Equilibrium in Road Network Considering Electric Vehicle Waiting Time

摘要 随着燃油汽车投放使用限制政策的实施,电动汽车得到更大规模的普及,由此带来路网交通流量分布模式的变化,且电动汽车出行者汇聚在一起充电会产生排队等待现象。本文研究上述背景下的城市混合交通路网随机用户均衡问题,确定路网出行者出行成本,提出城市混合网络随机用户均衡条件,用等价的变分不等式模型描述均衡条件推导证明模型存在唯一解,并基于连续平均法设计了算法对算例进行求解。算例结果表明:初始电量保持在17千瓦时可有效降低电动汽车出行者途中充电频率,充电站6和11的服务能力低于60 pcu时对路网出行成本影响较为显著,里程焦虑程度更高的电动汽车出行者的路径出行费用增加了2.01 min。 With the implementation of the restrictions on the use of gasoline vehicles,electric vehicles(EV)popularized on a larger scale,which brings about changes in the distribution pattern of traffic flow on the road network,Moreover,electric vehicle travelers queue up when they gather together for charging.This paper studies the stochastic user equilibrium problem of urban mixed traffic network under the above background.Firstly,the travel cost of travelers on the road network is determined.Secondly,the stochastic user equilibrium condition in urban hybrid network is proposed.Then,the equilibrium condition is described by the equivalent variational inequality model,and the unique solution of the model is proved by derivation.Finally,an algorithm is designed based on the continuous average method to solve the example.The results of the calculation example show that keeping the initial electric quantity at 17 kW-h can effectively reduce the charging frequency of EV travelers.When the service capacity of charging stations 6 and 11 is lower than 60 pcu,it has a significant impact on the road network travel cost,and the path travel cost of EV travelers with higher range anxiety increases by 2.01 min.
