摘要
本文以中小机场群协调发展和降低同质化水平为目标,针对中小机场特征解构其不同层面的同质化表现形式,构建多维指标体系,提出针对不同特征指标的同质化水平评价方法,并以江苏省8个中小机场为例进行同质化水平测算。根据测算结果,划分出同质化显著的“苏北三角群”和“苏南三角群”,讨论得到无锡机场同质化问题的本质是航线网络同质,徐州具有较高的独立性和向北、向南发展的潜力,以及地处江苏中部地区的扬州泰州机场与各机场都有一定的趋同关系等结论。最后基于上述结论,为江苏省中小机场逐一提供了关于层级定位、与枢纽机场关系、集团化主动资源分配、差异化发展和航空业务拓展等协调发展对策。
Aiming at the coordinated development of small and medium-sized airports and the reduction of the homogeneity level,this paper deconstructs the homogeneity manifestations at different levels according to the characteristics of small and medium-sized airports,constructs a multidimensional index system,proposes an evaluation method for the homogeneity level of different characteristic indicators,and takes 8 small and medium-sized airports in Jiangsu Province as examples to measure the homogeneity level.According to the calculation results,this paper divides"North Jiangsu Triangle Group"and"South Jiangsu Triangle group"with remarkable homogeneity.It is concluded that the essence of the homogeneity of Wuxi Airport is the homogeneity of airline network,that Xuzhou has high independence and the potential of developing northward and southward,and that Yangzhou and Taizhou Airport,which is located in the middle of Jiangsu Province,has a certain convergence relationship with other airports.Finally,based on the above conclusions,the paper provides coordinated development countermeasures for small and medium-sized airports in Jiangsu Province,such as hierarchical positioning,relationship with hub airports,group active resource allocation,differentiated development and aviation business expansion.
