摘要
目的对全国首例猴痘本土确诊病例进行流行病学调查,分析其感染来源。方法应用流行病学调查方法,进行密切接触者追踪和溯源重点人群调查。采集人员标本,应用实时荧光定量PCR进行猴痘病毒核酸检测,应用高通量测序技术对确诊病例进行基因组测序和比对分析,进而验证传播关系。结果病例口咽拭子、疱疹液和血清标本均为猴痘病毒阳性,经基因组测序为猴痘病毒西非系B.1.3分支。结论北京市首例猴痘本土确诊病例可能是由泰国返京的输入病例引发的二代病例,该病例发现及时,疫情处置措施规范,为全国猴痘疫情防控工作夯实基础。
Objective To perform epidemiological investigation for the first confirmed locally acquired case of mpox in Chinese mainland,so as to analyze the source of infection.Methods Epidemiological investigation and big data tracking technology were used to trace close contacts and key persons.Samples were collected from patients and were tested for mpox virus nucleic acid by fluorescent quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(PCR).High-throughput sequencing were used in the whole genome sequencing and alignment analysis to verify the route of transmission.Results Oropharyngeal swabs,herpes fluid and serum specimens were all positive for mpox virus.The sequencing results indicated that the virus belonged to the B.1.3 branch of the West African lineage of mpox virus.Conclusions The first confirmed locally acquired mpox case in Beijing may be the secondary case of the imported case who returned from Thailand.The case was detected timely and managed with standardized measures.This will lay a solid foundation for the prevention and control of mpox in China.
