Discovering Town: Another Path to Breaking the Injustice of Urban and RuralMedia Space

城乡媒介空间存在结构失衡与空间不正义等问题。再地方化作为应对之策虽已形成共识,但主要是将乡村作为媒介空间再地方化的主导。要实现城乡媒介空间正义,关键在于形成城乡融合共通的社会结构,以及在此基础上进行媒介空间生产的结构调整。基于上述考虑,乡村并非媒介空间再地方化的最佳主导,而县城在这方面的重要价值和意义被忽略了。本研究认为,以县城为主导的城乡媒介空间重构正在以县级媒体融合为突破口全面展开,这也成为破解城乡媒介空间不正义的有效实践。县城在城乡媒介空间重构和消除空间不正义中具有重要的方法论意义和实践价值,以县城为方法将为再地方化的城乡媒介空间重构带来更多可能。

There is structural imbalance and spatial injustice in urban and rural media spaces.Although there is a consensus on the strategy of re-localization as a response,the main focus is on treating rural areas as the dominant medium for re-localization.The key to achieving justice in urban and rural media space lies in forming a social structure that integrates urban and rural areas,and adjusting the structure of media space production on this basis.Based on the above considerations,rural areas are not the best driving force for the re-localization of media space,while the important value and significance of towns in this regard have been ignored.This study believes that the reconstruction of urban and rural media spaces led by towns is being comprehensively carried out through the integration of county-level media,which will also become an effective practice to break the injustice of urban and rural media spaces.Towns have important methodological significance and practical value in the reconstruction of urban and rural media spaces and the elimination of spatial injustice.Using towns as a method will bring more possibilities to the re-localization of urban and rural media space reconstruction.
