The Construction of Academic Journal Knowledge Service Actor Network Based on Multivariate Synergy

文章基于协同语境,以行动者网络为理论支撑,尝试构建学术期刊知识服务行动者网络并探讨其运行方式。研究发现:其一,学术期刊知识服务正由“制造业”向“服务业”转变,知识服务的范畴也因服务层次和类别的差异,延伸出各自的侧重方向;其二,协同是学术期刊知识服务规模化、有序化、高效化开展的核心点,在共同体效应、增量主体的交锋、开放科学三者的合力下协同诉求越发显现;其三,学术期刊知识服务行动者网络包含期刊社、政府、企事业单位、大众媒体、用户、技术平台、知识对象七大行动者主体,期刊社负责组建包括企事业单位和大众媒体在内的知识服务联合体,通过问题化、利益相关化、征召和动员四个环节实现学术期刊知识服务网络的运行。从行动者网络的视角来探究学术期刊知识服务的开展与运行方式,有助于拓宽学术期刊知识服务研究的理论路径,进一步深化对中国学术期刊知识服务生态的认知和理解。

Based on the context of synergy,this paper attempts to construct the academic journal knowledge service actor network and investigates the operation mode from the perspective of actor network theory.The research finds that the knowledge service of academ ic journals is changing from"manufacturing industry"to"service industry",and knowledge service has extended the emphasis because of the differences in service levels and categories.Synergy is the core of academic journal knowledge service and what makes the service operation scalable,orderly and efficiently,especially under the combined efforts of community effect,incremental subject and open science.Academic journal knowledge service actor network formed from seven actor subjects which are academic journal,government,enterprises and institutions,mass media,user,technology platform and knowledge objects.Academic journal is in charge of building a knowledge service consortium,implementing high standards of the academic journal knowledge service actor network operation by problematization,interest community,enrolment and mobilization.This article investigates the operation mode of academic journal knowledge service actor network from the perspective of actor network theory,which can help to broaden the theoretical path of academic journal knowledge service and further deepen our understanding of Chinese academic journal knowledge service's ecosystem.
