多层螺旋CT与MRI在腰椎压缩性骨折诊断中的应用分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨多层螺旋CT与MRI在诊断腰椎压缩性骨折中的临床应用价值。方法选取腰椎压缩性骨折患者48例,按照不同扫描方法多序列MRI与CT进行,分为MRI组与CT组,评估CT和多序列MRI扫描成角畸形、脊髓损伤、神经损伤、椎管容积改变的检出率。结果MRI组诊断准确率为100%,CT组为85.42%,MRI组新鲜骨折/陈旧骨折诊断率和骨折类型准确率均高于CT组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),多序列MRI扫描成角畸形、脊髓损伤、神经损伤和椎管容积改变总检出率为53.65%,高于CT组40.63%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用多序列MRI扫描腰椎压缩性骨折患者,可有效显示骨折的不同特征性征象,准确率显著提升。 Objective The patients with lumbar vertebral compression fracture were scanned by CT and multi-sequence MRI,and the imaging features were observed and the clinical value were evaluated.Methods 48 patients with lumbar vertebral compression fractures diagnosed and treated in hospital were divided into MRI group and CT Group.Combined with the surgical results,the diagnostic accuracy of CT and multi-sequence MRI was calculated,and the fresh or old fractures and fracture types were evaluated.We evaluated evaluated the detection rate of angulation deformity,spinal cord injury,nerve injury and vertebral canal volume change on CT and multi-sequence MRI scans.Results The diagnostic accuracy of MRI group was 100.00%(48/48),which was higher than that of CT Group(85.42%).The diagnostic accuracy of fresh fracture/old fracture and fracture type in MRI group were higher than that of CT group(P<0.05),the detection rate of angulation,spinal cord injury,nerve injury and vertebral canal volume change in multi-sequence MRI was 53.65%,which was significantly higher than that in CT Group(40.63%,P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-sequence MRI can effectively display the different characteristic signs of lumbar vertebral compression fracture,improve the accuracy and provide reliable image data for clinic.
