摘要
对富含金银的老挝某铜铅锌多金属硫化矿进行选矿试验研究。以SK2021作为铜铅混合浮选的捕收剂,采用铜铅混合浮选-铜铅分离-铜铅尾矿选锌的工艺流程。闭路试验获得铜精矿品位21.82%,铜回收率76.11%;铅精矿品位52.79%,铅回收率83.78%;锌精矿品位48.52%,锌回收率82.32%。铜精矿和铅精矿中金的回收率为50.4%,银回收率为51.94%。
A beneficiation experiment was conducted on a copper lead zinc polymetallic sulfide ore rich in gold and silver in Laos.Using SK2021 as the collector for copper lead mixed flotation,the process flow of copper lead mixed flotation copper lead separa-tion copper lead tailings zinc separation is adopted.The closed circuit test obtained a copper concentrate grade of 21.82%and a cop-per recovery rate of 76.11%;a lead concentrate grade of 52.79%,a lead recovery rate of 83.78%;and a zinc concentrate grade of 48.52%;a zinc recovery rate of 82.32%.The gold recovery rate of copper concentrate and lead concentrate is 50.4%,and the silver recovery rate is 51.94%.
