加压浸出-电积法生产阴极铜的实践

摘要 结合风淬冰铜采用加压浸出→高效电积→旋流电积→硫化沉铜分离锌镉工艺生产阴极铜的实例,介绍了该工艺的主要工序和设备,以及生产操作和主要技术经济指标,该厂的生产实践表明,采取加压浸出→高效电积→旋流电积→硫化沉铜分离锌镉工艺从风淬冰铜生产阴极铜,和火法工艺相比,具有流程简单,环境污染小,作业环境好,劳动强度低,有价金属回收率高等特点,阴极铜产品质量达到了一级铜的标准,经济效益十分显著。 Based on the actual production of cathode copper using the process of oxygen pressure leaching→high-efficiency electro-winning→cyclone electrowinning→sulfide precipitation copper separation zinc and cadmium for air quenched matte,the main processes and equipment of this process,as well as production operations and main technical and economic indicators are intro-duced.The production practice of the factory shows that compared with the pyrometallurgical process,the production of cathode copper from air quenched matte copper by using the process of oxygen pressure leaching→high-efficiency electrowinning→cy-clone electrowinning→sulfide precipitation copper separation zinc and cadmium has the characteristics of simple process,low envi-ronmental pollution,good working environment,low labor intensity,and high recovery rate of valuable metals.The quality of cath-ode copper products has reached the standard of first-class copper,and the economic benefits are very significant.
