严寒地区水电站压力钢管全自动智能化焊接施工技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 辽宁清原抽水蓄能电站压力钢管制安工程在焊接关键技术上进行分析与研究,在施工中对焊接工序实现了全自动智能化焊接,取得了良好的施工效果。辽宁清原抽水蓄能电站机电金属结构制作安装工程的探索和应用有效解决了压力钢管焊接中各阶段出现的问题,实现自动化智能化施工,不再受现场环境、各工序工作面移交时间的影响,最大限度减少现场施工时间,缩短施工工期,提高了工作效率,取得可观的经济效益。施工中采用流水线作业方式,实现了压力钢管下料、坡口加工、组对、焊接等关键工序自动化、智能化,机械设备利用率高,有效提高了劳动生产效率。采用自动化焊接技术,焊缝无损检测一次合格率达到了99.9%以上。实现了水电站压力钢管制作自动化智能化施工,为日后水电站压力钢管制安工程积累宝贵经验,具有良好的推广价值和应用前景。 The Penstock fabrication and installation project of Liaoning Qingyuan Pumped-storage hydroelectricity has carried out analysis and research on key welding technologies,and has realized automatic and intelligent welding for the welding process during construction,which has achieved good construction result.The exploration and application of the electromechanical metal structure fabrication and installation project of Liaoning Qingyuan Pumped-storage hydroelectricity effectively solved the problems in each stage of Penstock welding,realized automatic and intelligent construction,and was no longer affected by the site environment and the handover time of working faces in each process.The maximum limit was to reduce the site construction time,shorten the construction period,improve the work efficiency,and obtain considerable economic benefits.The pipeline operation mode is adopted in the construction,realizing the automation and intellectualization of key processes such as Penstock blanking,groove processing,assembly,welding,etc.,with high utilization rate of mechanical equipment,and effectively improving the labor production efficiency.By adopting automated welding technology,the one-time qualification rate of non-destructive testing of welds has reached over 99.9%.The automatic and intelligent construction of Penstock fabrication of hydropower station is realized,which accumulates valuable experience for the fabrication and installation of Penstock of hydropower station in the future,and has good promotion value and application prospect.
