某泵站水泵机组永磁调速改造设计

摘要 永磁调速具有占用空间小、抗干扰能力强、系统减震性能好、安装简单等优点。根据泵站机组参数,结合泵站空间紧张的实际情况,进行永磁调速器本体的设计,加装永磁调速器后对电机轴强度进行校验,对在满足水泵扬程要求下的水泵机组流量调节范围进行计算。通过设计、校验和计算,永磁调速改造设计方案能够满足泵站机组调速改造的需求,并可有效降低工程成本和施工周期。 Permanent magnet speed regulation has the advantages of small space occupation,strong anti-interference ability,good system damping performance,and simple installation.Based on the parameters of the pump station unit and the actual situation of tight space in the pump station,the permanent magnet governor body is designed,the strength of the motor shaft after installing the permanent magnet governor is sverified,and the flow adjustment range of the pump unit under the condition of meeting the pump head requirements is calculated.Through design,verification,and calculation,the permanent magnet speed regulation renovation plan can meet the needs of the pump station unit speed regulation renovation,and effectively reduce engineering costs and construction cycles.
