摘要
建设年代久远的引水工程,监测感知和数据共享不足,业务支撑能力欠缺,信息化管理手段有限,难以全面掌控工程运行情况。为提升引水工程运行管理水平,实现高效节能安全运行,需系统全面开展数字化建设。以深圳市引水工程为例,采用统一大数据基础库、综合监测平台、GIS平台的一数一源机制;利用数据融合集成ROMA平台,实现不同业务系统数据交互和业务流转;依据集约建设适度冗余原则,构建实用可靠的业务功能架构体系;通过全面现场调研重点突破协同推进,迭代跨系统供水调度闭环流程;遵循微服务架构规范,提供系统可扩展支持,可为其他系统提供共享服务;基于统一可视化引擎,利用区级共建共享BIM模型库。结果显示:引水工程管理系统的各应用场景能保持数据一致,不同系统、模块之间数据和业务功能可以互通,且涵盖多层级用户需求,工程全景展示立体直观。结果表明:通过以上技术和方法,实现多层级一体化的引水工程相关业务信息化管理,减轻相关人员的工作强度,提高工作效率,提升应急事件应对能力,实现引水工程设施的安全高效运行,为更好地完成引水工程任务提供技术支撑。
To construct a water diversion project with a long history,there is a lack of monitoring awareness and data sharing,business support capabilities,and limited information management method,making it difficult to fully control the operation of the project.In order to improve the operational management level of the water diversion project and achieve efficient,energy-saving,and safe operation,it is necessary to comprehensively carry out digital construction in a systematic manner.Taking Shenzhen Dongjiang water source project as an example,the"one data one source"mechanism of unified Big data basic database,integrated monitoring platform and GIS platform was adopted;Utilize the data fusion integration ROMA platform to achieve data interaction and business flow among different business systems.Building a practical and reliable business function architecture system based on the principle of moderate redundancy in intensive construction;Through comprehensive on-site research and key breakthroughs in collaborative promotion,iterative cross system water supply scheduling closed-loop process.Follow the microservices architecture specification,provide system expandable support,and provide shared services for other systems.Based on a unified visualization engine,utilizing district level co construction and sharing of BIM model libraries.The result show that all application scenarios of the water diversion project management system can maintain data consistency,data and business functions between different systems and modules can be interconnected,and cover multi-level user needs.The project panorama is stereoscopic and intuitive.The result indicate that through the above technologies and method,multi-level integrated information management of water diversion engineering related businesses can be achieved,reducing the workload of relevant personnel,improving work efficiency,enhancing emergency response capabilities,achieving safe and efficient operation of water diversion engineering facilities,and providing technical support for better completing water diversion engineering tasks.
