摘要
结合五大发展理念测度了2003—2021年中国部分省、市、自治区经济高质量发展指数,实证探究了双向FDI对中国经济高质量发展的空间溢出效应。结果发现:中国通过扩大双向FDI规模与提升双向FDI协调发展水平促进了经济高质量发展,并且该促进作用存在显著的空间溢出效应,缓解了地区发展不平衡现象;机制分析表明,双向FDI通过技术溢出效应、市场竞争效应与产业升级效应促进中国经济高质量发展。
Based on the new development concept,this paper measures the high-quality economic development index of each province in China from 2003 to 2021.Moreover,this paper empirically explores the spatial spillover effect of two-way FDI on China’s high-quality economic development.The findings are as follows:China promoted high-quality economic development by expanding the scale and enhancing the coordinated development level of two-way FDI,and the promotion effect had a significant spatial spillover effect,alleviating the regional development imbalance.Mechanism analysis shows that two-way FDI promotes China’s high-quality economic development through technology spillover,market competition,and industrial structure upgrading.
