摘要
基于动态能力和利益相关者理论,以276家科技型中小企业为样本,探讨吸收能力对内部创业的影响及组织文化平衡在二者间的调节作用。结果表明:潜在吸收能力对实际吸收能力具有正向影响作用;潜在吸收能力、实际吸收能力对探索性创业、利用性创业均具有显著的正向关系,且实际吸收能力在潜在吸收能力与探索性创业、利用性创业之间起完全中介作用;组织文化平衡对实际吸收能力与探索性创业、利用性创业的直接效应起着正向调节作用。
Based on dynamic capability and stakeholder theory,the paper takes 276 High-tech SMEs as the research object and discusses the influence of absorptive capacity on corporate entrepreneurship and the moderating effect of cultural balance.The results show that potential absorptive capacity has a positive effect on realized absorptive capacity.Potential and realized absorptive capacity have a positive effect on exploratory and exploitative entrepreneurship,and realized absorptive capacity has a mediating effect between potential absorptive capacity and exploratory and exploitative entrepreneurship.Organizational culture balance has a positive moderating effect on the relationships between realized absorptive capacity on exploratory and exploitative entrepreneurship.
