低燃速、低烧蚀丁羟推进剂/衬层黏结试件界面性能研究

摘要 采用单向拉伸宏观观察试验,研究了某低燃速丁羟(HTPB)推进剂/衬层界面脱黏的影响因素。结果表明:推进剂配方组分是推进剂界面脱黏的主要影响因素,通过选择合适的HTPB规格、降速剂和固化剂,可显著改善推进剂/衬层黏结试件的界面黏结性能;衬层的预固化时间大于9 h后,试件的界面黏结性能达到最优。 The influencing factors of the interface debonding of a low burning rate hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene(HTPB)propellant/liner were investigated by using the unidirectional tensile macroscopic observation test.The results showed that the propellant formulation components were the main influencing factors of propellant interfacial debonding,and the interfacial bonding performance of the propellant/liner bonded specimen could be significantly improved by selecting the appropriate HTPB specifications,burning-rate inhibitor and curing agent;the interfacial bonding performance of the specimen reached the optimal level when the pre-curing time of the liner exceeded 9 h.
