国内首台液氢真空绝热球罐的设计与思考

摘要 结合科技部2020年重点研发计划氢能专项项目研究,总结了国内外液氢贮罐技术发展现状,分析了液氢球罐的功能,确定了球罐公称容积、工作压力、设计压力等总体工艺参数。根据球罐功能需求,设计了总体工艺流程,明确了各接口管路尺寸、阀门配置等要求,在此基础上开展球罐结构设计。针对液氢球罐设计、制造过程中面临的监检审批、容器界面划分和主体材料选择3个实际问题进行了分析探讨,提出了建议。 Combining the research of hydrogen energy special project of 2020 Key Research and Development Program of the Ministry of Science and Technology,the current status of the development of liquid hydrogen storage tank techniques at home and abroad is summarized.The functions of liquid hydrogen spherical tank were analyzed,and the overall process parameters including the nominal volume,working pressure and design pressure,etc.of the spherical tank were confirmed.According to the functional requirements of the spherical tank,the overall process flow was designed,and the requirements for the pipeline size,valve configuration of each joint and so on were clarified,and based on such information,the structural design of the spherical tank was carried out.The three practical problems faced in the design and manufacturing process of liquid hydrogen spherical tank including supervision and approval,vessel interface division and selection of main materials were analyzed and discussed,and suggestions were put forward.
