以某公司发生器装药生产线为研究对象,基于精益改善思维,结合装药生产效率低的问题对节拍长的工序进行分析,从工艺、工装结构、机器动作等方面着手,提出改善方案,消除生产过程中的各种浪费,达到提高生产效率、降低生产成本的目的。

Taking the generator charging production line of a certain company as the research object,based on the lean improvement thinking,and combining with the problem of low charging production efficiency,the long rhythm procedures were analyzed.From the aspects of process,tooling structure,machine action,etc.,the improvement programs were proposed,and various waste during the production process were eliminated,so as to achieve the purposes of improving production efficiency and reducing production costs.
