摘要
细胞增殖检测在医疗器械生物学评价、药物筛选、免疫学以及化妆品安全性评价等多个领域内均具有广泛的运用.体外细胞增殖试验的检测方法通常有代谢活性物检测,主要包括MTT法、XTT法、MTS法、WST-1法、CCK-8法、CFDA-SE法;DNA含量检测,主要包括3H胸腺嘧啶核苷(^(3)H-TdR)渗入法、2,5-溴脱氧尿嘧啶核苷(BrdU)法、Edu法、流式细胞术;细胞增殖相关抗原检测包括Ki67和PCNA.对以上细胞增殖检测方法的各自特点展开综述,以期为相关研究提供参考.
Cell proliferation detection has been widely used in biological evaluation of medical devices,drug screening,immunol-ogy and cosmetic safety evaluation.In vitro,the detection assays of cell proliferation test usually include the detection of active metabolites,mainly including MTT,XTT,MTS,WST-1,CCK-8,and CFDA-SE.DNA synthesis detection mainly includes ^(3)H-Thymidine(^(3)H-TdR)incorporation assay,5-bromo-2'-deoxyuridine(BrdU)assay,Edu and Flow cytometry;Cell proliferation as-sociated antigen tests include Ki67 and PCNA.This paper reviews the characteristics of the above cell proliferation detection as-says with the purpose of providing implications for the related research.
