改进AHP-反熵权法的应急物流运输路线安排决策

摘要 为了进一步强化我国应急物流运输能力,提出了应急物流运输路线安排决策方案。以运输时间、费用、便捷和安全为评价指标,构建了应急物流运输路线安排模型。应用改进层次分析和反熵权法确定指标主、客观权重值,有效克服了传统层次分析法因数据繁多而导致结论存在偏差以及熵权法对指标权重差异较大时的敏感性问题。利用离差平方和方法将主、客观权重组合赋权,根据离差平方和最大使评价值差量变大,便于决策方案排序。该方法消除了主、客观权重赋值时的不严谨问题,使最终评价结果更加客观、准确。综合实验表明,该算法在应急物流运输路径安排方面优于所比较的其他算法。 In order to further strengthen China's transportation capacity of emergency logistics,a decision-making scheme for transportation route arrangement of emergency logistics was proposed.Taking transportation time,cost,convenience and safety as the evaluation indexes,an emergency logistics transportation route arrangement model was constructed.The improved analytic hierarchy and anti-entropy weights method were applied to determine the subjective and objective weight values of indicators,which effectively overcame the bias of the conclusion of the traditional analytic hierarchy method due to the large number of data and the sensitivity of the entropy weight method to the index weight.The sum of dispersion squares method was used to weight the combination of subjective and objective weights,and the difference in evaluation value was maximized according to the sum of squared dispersions,which was convenient for the ranking of decision-making schemes.This method eliminated the problem of imprecision in the assignment of subjective and objective weights and made the final evaluation results more objective and accurate.Comprehensive experiments showed that the algorithm was superior to other algorithms in the arrangement of emergency logistics transportation routes.
