摘要
为了解决我国城镇化进程中产生的巨量以砖混废料为主建筑垃圾污染环境且浪费资源的问题,尝试将机制再生砖混骨料置于天然骨料之中,旨在通过试验对砖混再生骨料作为再生混凝土骨料的可行性进行分析,并对不同置换质量分数的砖混再生骨料对再生混凝土抗压强度影响规律进行研究。结果表明,加入砖混再生骨料的混凝土立方体抗压强度折减率随再生骨料置换率的增大而增大。当再生砖骨料置换率在10%以内时,对强度基本无影响,当砖混骨料比例超过25%后,砖混骨料再生混凝土强度开始明显衰减。
In order to solve the problem of huge amount of brick-concrete waste construction waste polluting the environment and wasting resources in the process of urbanization in China,the natural aggregate was replaced by mechanical recycled brick-concrete aggregate,which aimed to analyze the feasibility of brick-concrete recycled aggregate as recycled concrete aggregate through experiments,and study the influence of brick-concrete recycled aggregate with different replacement mass fractions on the compressive strength of recycled concrete.The results showed that the reduction rate of compressive strength of concrete cube added with brick-concrete recycled aggregate increased with the increase of the replacement rate of recycled aggregate.When the replacement rate of recycled brick aggregate was within 10%,it had basically no effect on the strength,and when the proportion of brick-concrete aggregate exceeded 25%,the strength of brick-concrete aggregate recycled concrete began to decay significantly.
