焦炉生产过程涉及爆炸性气体和多处爆炸危险环境,有效管控焦炉火灾爆炸事故风险,是焦化厂安全管理的重要任务。依据燃烧学原理,从设备设施本质安全、联锁控制、工艺操作及检修管理等方面,有针对性地提出了降低焦炉发生着火爆炸事故的对策与措施。

The coke oven production process involves explosive gases and multiple explosive hazardous environments,and effective control of the risk of coke oven fire and explosion accidents is an important task for the safety management of coke plants.According to the principle of combustion science,this paper puts forward countermeasures and measures to reduce the fire and explosion accidents of coke ovens from the aspects of Intrinsic safety of equipment and facilities,interlock control,process operation and maintenance management.
