一种基于安全质量为导向的生产管理体系的构建与运用

摘要 为实现电厂安全、可靠、高效、环保管理的目标,需对电厂所有系统、设备、构筑物以及人员进行有效的控制和管理,电厂生产管理系统以此目的而产生。中国核电通过对国外所引进EAM系统进行本土化开发与运用,在发挥软件自身优势特点的基础上,结合电厂自身运行、维修和设备管理的实践经验,经过多年长期持之以恒地不断进行创新与优化开发,构建出一套适用于多电厂、多堆型的N1-EAM系统。该系统作为一个规范化、标准化生产管理体系在中国核电运行机组进行推广运用,并取得了良好的运用效果,电厂“安全、质量、成本、进度”生产管理水平得到了有效提升。文中的实践经验可为同行电厂提供借鉴和指导。 To achieve the goals of safe,reliable,efficient,and environment-friendly management in nuclear power plant,it is necessary to effectively control and manage all systems,equipment,structures,and personnel in the nuclear power plant.The power plant production management system is developed for this purpose.By localizing the development and application of EAM systems introduced from abroad,CNNP has utilized its own software advantages and combined with practical experience in power plant operation,maintenance,and equipment management.After years of continuous innovation and optimization,it has constructed an N1-EAM system suitable for multiple power plants and reactors.This system,as a normalized and standardized production management system,has been promoted and applied in operating nuclear power plants in China,and has achieved good application results.The production management level of“safety,quality,cost,and progress”in power plants has been effectively improved.The practical experience in the article serves as a reference and guidance for peer power plants.
