500kV充油电缆终端渗油处理与原因分析

摘要 充油电缆具有可靠性高、维护工作量少、使用寿命长等特点,在核电厂、火电厂等应用广泛。电缆终端渗油点修复工作风险高、配合环节繁琐,国内很多电缆厂都不具备制作和修复高压充油电缆的能力。本文以中核核电运行管理有限公司二厂(以下简称“秦二厂”)4号机组500 kV充油电缆终端渗油缺陷为例,结合充油电缆主绝缘油路及渗油部位的内部结构对渗油原因进行全面分析,通过解体排查确定渗油点,找到渗油的根本原因。 The oil-filled cable has the characteristics of high reliability,less maintenance work,long service life and less spare parts,which is widely used in nuclear power plants and thermal power plants.In severe cases the leakage can lead to insulation damage.Maintaining cable terminal will take high risk and complex process,and many domestic cable factories do not have the ability to make and repair high-voltage oil-filled cables.In this paper,taking the oil leakage defect of unit 4 of the 500 kV oil-filled cable terminal in the second plant of the Nuclear Power Operation Management Co.,Ltd.,CMP asan example,the reason for oil leakage are compre-hensively analyzed in combination with the oil duct of major insulation.
