摘要
凝汽器二次滤网为凝汽器冷却水进行最后一道过滤,保护传热管不受杂质损伤,影响换热。本文介绍了某电厂二次滤网网片破损的原因分析及处理,对材质、设计、水流参数等方面逐一进行分析,确定网片破损的根本原因。根据原因分析结果,笔者提出有针对性的改进措施,并通过现场改造验证了这些措施的有效性与适用性。通过制定网片结构优化、涂层设计、材料优化等方面的后续研究方向,进一步提高二次滤网的设备可靠性。
The condenser secondary filter for the last filtration of the condenser cooling water protects the heat transfer pipe from impurities damage,and affects heat exchange,this paper introduces the cause analysis and treatment of a power plant secondary filter mesh breakage,the one by one analysis for the material,design and other aspects,to determine the root cause of the mesh damage.According to the results of the cause analysis,the author proposes targeted improvement measures and verifies them by changing and transforming them,which effectively improve the equipment reliability of the secondary filter.
