摘要
方家山核电机组在并网过程中曾出现过给水调节阀开度突跳导致蒸汽发生器水位大幅度波动的现象。文中从蒸汽发生器水位控制原理出发,分析并网过程中给水调节阀开度波动原因,并经理论计算与模拟机验证,给出并网过程中避免给水调节阀开度突跳导致蒸汽发生器水位波动的有效解决方案。
In the process of grid-connection of Fangjiashan Nuclear Power Plant,there had been a phenomenon that the opening of the feedwater regulating valve suddenly jumped higher,which caused the level of the steam generator fluctuating greatly.Starting from the principle of steam generator level regulation,this paper analyzes the causes of the opening fluctuation of the feedwater regulating valve during grid connection.And through theoretical calculations and full-scale simulator verification,this paper has provided an effective solution to avoid the steam generator level abnormal fluctuation caused by the sudden jump of the feed water regulating valve opening during grid connection.
