新建石衡沧港城际铁路引入衡水北站方案研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究目的:石衡沧港城际铁路是京津冀城市群“四纵四横一环”城际铁路网中的重要组成部分,其中石家庄至衡水利用石家庄—济南铁路客运专线,衡水至渤海新区为新建线路,衡水作为重要的节点,线路引入衡水铁路枢纽方式将对城际铁路运输组织及枢纽客运系统产生重要影响,因此进行石衡沧港城际铁路引入衡水枢纽方案研究具有理论和实践意义。研究结论:(1)分析了衡水铁路枢纽现状及规划特点,进行了石衡沧港城际铁路客流量预测,设计了旅客列车开行方案,探究了新建城际铁路引入既有高铁站影响因素,在此基础上,提出了石衡沧港城际铁路引入衡水铁路枢纽接轨两个方案;(2)基于AHP方法,选取运输组织、工程技术、经济投资和远期规划4个一级指标,进一步选取9个二级指标,构建判断矩阵并进行优先级向量计算,对方案Ⅰ(站内接轨)、方案Ⅱ(区间接轨)进行SWOT分析,方案Ⅱ(区间接轨)优于方案Ⅰ(站内接轨);(3)在层次分析的基础上,建立模糊评价判断矩阵,经计算,方案Ⅱ的模糊综合评价得分明显高于方案Ⅰ;(4)通过定性分析和定量计算,选择方案Ⅱ(区间接轨)作为新建石衡沧港城际铁路引入衡水北站方案;(5)本研究成果可为新建城际铁路引入铁路枢纽或既有站方案选择提供参考。 Research purposes:Shijiazhuang-Hengshui-Cangzhou-Huanghua Port intercity railway is an important part of the intercity railway network of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration.The line of Shijiazhuang-Hengshui adopts Shijiazhuang-Jinan railway passenger dedicated line,and Hengshui-Bohai section is newly-built,which mean that the Hengshui station is an important node.The introduction of the line into Hengshui railway hub has an important impact on the intercity railway transport organization and the hub passenger transport system.Therefore,it is of theoretical and practical significance to study the scheme of introducing the intercity railway into the Hengshui terminal.Research conclusions:(1)The current situation and planning characteristics of the Hengshui railway terminal were analyzed,the passenger flow of Shijiazhuang-Hengshui-Cangzhou-Huanghua Port of the intercity railway was predicted,the passenger train operation plan was designed,and the influencing factors of the new intercity railway leading into the existing high-speed railway station were explored.On this basis,two plans of the intercity railway leading into the terminal were proposed.(2)Based on AHP method,four first level indicators such as transportation organization,engineering technology,economic investment and long-term planning were selected,and nine second level indicators were further selected to build a judgment matrix and priority vector.SWOT analysis was carried out for scheme I(intra station connection)and scheme II(inter station connection).It was considered that scheme II(inter station connection)was superior to scheme I(intra station connection).(3)On the basis of AHP,a fuzzy evaluation judgment matrix was established.After calculation,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation score of scheme II is significantly higher than that of scheme I.(4)Through qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation,scheme II(section connection)was selected as the scheme for introducing the new intercity railway into the Hengshui north station.(5)The research results can provide a reference for the scheme selection of new intercity railway leading into railway hub or existing station.
