摘要
为进一步提高石化厂区作业安全识别水平,提出一种电致发光型高可视性劳保服设计策略,分别采用超薄镀镍铜机织导电织物、超薄镀银针织导电织物为上下层电极,制备了两种ZnS系电致发光织物,比较了两种织物的电致发光性能。结果表明,在6 kHz、700 V的驱动条件下,超薄镀镍铜机织导电织物基电致发光织物亮度高达144.190 cd/m^(2),为超薄镀银针织导电织物基电致发光织物亮度(109.580 cd/m^(2))的1.316倍。且在不同的驱动频率下,该电致发光织物表现出优异的大范围颜色变化,可实现从绿光区到蓝光区的迁移。将电致发光织物用作劳保服高可视性材料,解决了常规警示服装的固有弊端,显著提高服装可视性,为进一步提高工人作业的防护水平提出一种可行策略。
In order to further improve the level opera-tion safety identification in petroleum plant,a design strategy of electroluminescent labor protection cloth-ing with high visibility was proposed.Two kinds of ZnS electroluminescent fabrics were prepared by u-sing ultra-thin nickel-plated copper woven conductive fabric and ultra-thin silver-plated knitted conductive fabric as the upper and lower electrodes,and their electroluminescent properties were compared.The re-sults showed that under the driving condition of the 6 kHz and 700 V,the brightness of electroluminescent fabric based on ultra-thin nickel-plated copper woven eletroluminescent fabric reached 144.190 cd/m^(2),which was 1.316 times of that of ultra-thin silver-plated electroluminescent fabric based on conductive fabric(109.580 cd/m^(2)).At different driving fre-quencies,the electroluminescent fabric exhibited ex-cellent color change in a wide range,and can realize the migration from the green to the blue region.Using electroluminescent fabric as a high visibility material of labor protection clothing solved the inherent disad-vantages of conventional warning clothing,signifi-cantly improved the visibility of clothing,and put for-ward a feasible strategy to further improve the protec-tion level of oil workers working.
