摘要
针对炼化工程现场高处作业事故率较高的问题,将信息化技术和手段与安全防护产品——高空安全带相结合研发出一款智能安全带,在原有五点式安全带的基础上新增了卡扣、挂钩模块,分别检测穿戴、系挂状态,通过划定危险区域、检测人的不安全行为,实时判断作业人员高度、所在区域,全方位进行感知预警,实时掌握作业人员的安全状况,从而降低高空作业的事故发生率、减少人员伤亡及经济损失。
In view of the high accident rate in the working at height of refinery and chemical engineering site,an intelligent safety belt was developed by combining information technology and means with the safety protection product-high-altitude seat belts.On the basis of the original five-point seat belts,buckle and hook modules were added to detect the wearing and tying status respectively.By delimiting the dangerous area and detecting unsafe behaviors of people,the height and area of operators can be judged in real time.All-round perception warning was carried out,and the safety situation of operators can be grasped in real time,thus reducing the accident rate,casualties and economic losses of high-altitude operations.
