SINOALKY硫酸烷基化装置酸烃分离的中试与工业试验研究

摘要 SINOALKY硫酸烷基化工艺是由中国石化自主开发的碳四烷基化技术,流出物精制单元采用聚结除酸技术和碱水洗除酸技术串联的方式。针对碱水洗流程存在产生大量含盐废水及导致下游设备腐蚀的问题,对聚结除酸技术完全取代碱水洗除酸技术开展了中试与工业试验研究。探究了聚结组合除酸的优选方案与高效除酸的流量范围,验证了工业装置停用碱水洗流程的可行性。结果表明:两级填料聚结分离优于一级填料+一级滤芯组合分离,二级填料聚结器出口流出物硫含量可减少为3.7~5.8 mg/kg,铜片腐蚀等级为1a。200 kt/a工业装置停用碱水洗流程后,两级聚结后总硫含量小于6 mg/kg,可为装置产生500万元/年的经济效益。流出物的干法精制使得下游无腐蚀风险,增强了硫酸烷基化装置的本质安全属性。 SINOALKY sulfuric acid alkylation process is a carbon tetraalkylation technology independently developed by SINOPEC.The effluent refining unit adopts a series method of coalescence deacidification technology and alkali water washing deacidification technology.In view of the problem that the alkalinewater washing process produces a large amount of salt-containing wastewater and leads to the corrosion of downstream equipment,pilot and industrial experiments were carried out to completely replace alkalinewater washing technology with the coalescent acid removal technology.The optimal scheme of acid removal by coalescence combination and the flow range of high efficiency acid removal were explored,and the feasibility of shutting down the alkaline-water washing process in industrial plants was verified.The results showed that the coalescence-separation of two-stage packing was superior to the combination separation of one-stage packing+one-stage filter element.The sulfur content of the effluent from the outlet of the second-stage packing coalizer can be reduced to 3.7-5.8 mg/kg,and the corrosion grade of the copper sheet was 1a.The total sulfur content after the two-stage coalesce was less than 6 mg/kg after the suspension of the alkaline-water washing process for the 200 kt/a industrial plant,which can generate economic benefits of 5 million RMB/year for the plant.The dry refining of the effluents makes the downstream without the risk of corrosion and enhances the intrinsic safety attribute of the sulfuric acid alkylation plant.
