智能站500kV断路器闭锁重合闸信息流分析

摘要 本文分析500kV断路器闭锁重合闸的原理,梳理IEC61850标准下智能变电站500kV断路器闭锁重合闸信息流,解释智能站500kV断路器闭锁重合闸信息流的冗余设计。在此基础上,分析一起因500kV断路器保护闭锁重合闸虚回路配置不统一导致误发检修不一致信号的案例。最后,针对变电站现场相关工作提出建议,为500kV断路器保护调试及相关操作提供参考。 This paper analyzes the principle of reclosing block of 500kV circuit breaker protection,and provides a detailed overview of the information flow of 500kV circuit breaker in intelligent substations under the IEC 61850 standard.It also explains the redundancy design of the information flow of 500kV circuit breaker in intelligent substations.On this basis,this paper analyzes a case where inconsistent maintenance signals are mistakenly sent due to inconsistent configuration of the closed virtual circuit of 500kV circuit breaker protection.Finally,suggestions are proposed for the on-site work in substations,providing reference for the device debugging and related operations of 500kV circuit breaker protection.
