摘要
随着化工产业的不断发展,甲醇在有机合成、燃料、纺织等工业当中的应用价值得到了充分展现,如何在保障甲醇生产效率的前提下降低能耗,控制污染已成为化工技术人员面对的重要挑战。以煤制甲醇工艺流程与特点作为切入,梳理了煤制甲醇装置节能降耗设计要求,同时基于平面布置、工艺流程、能耗分析、节水措施、三废处理、噪声控制及环境监管等角度对煤制甲醇生产节能降耗技术进行了阐述。
With the continuous development of the chemical industry,the application value of methanol in organic synthesis,fuel,textile and other industries has been fully demonstrated.How to reduce energy consumption and control pollution while ensuring methanol production efficiency has become an important challenge faced by chemical technicians.This article takes the process flow and characteristics of coal to methanol as a starting point to sort out the energy-saving and consumption reduction design requirements of coal to methanol devices.At the same time,based on the perspectives of plane layout,process flow,energy consumption analysis,water-saving measures,three waste treatment,noise control,and environmental supervision,energy-saving and consumption reduction technologies for coal to methanol production are elaborated.
