摘要
针对聚合物溶液黏度损失问题,开发了聚合物黏度稳定剂。现场投加20 mg/L的黏度稳定剂后,聚合物母液30 d的黏度保留率较加药前提高了约30%;井口聚合物的黏度保留率平均提高了约12%,在20~40 mg/L的加药浓度时,加药浓度越高,保黏效果越好;井底返排样的黏度保留率比加药前高10%以上。
A polymer viscosity stabilizer has been developed to address the issue of viscosity loss in polymer solutions.After adding 20 mg/L of viscosity stabilizer on site,the viscosity retention rate of the polymer mother liquor for 30 days increased by about 30%compared to before adding the agent;The viscosity retention rate of the wellhead polymer has increased by an average of about 12%.Within the concentration range of 20 mg/L to 40 mg/L,the higher the concentration,the better the viscosity retention effect;The viscosity retention rate of bottom hole reflow sample is 10%higher than that before medication.
