摘要
管道设计是为了将各个设备根据工艺管道及仪表流程图通过管道连接起来。管道在进行介质传输的过程中往往承受着高温高压和化学腐蚀,一旦受到外力或者热胀冷缩的影响很容易产生形变位移而引发巨大风险。通过管道应力分析可以对管道走向、管口载荷、支架设置以及管道柔性进行进一步的优化调整,在保证管道装置的安全运行同时节省成本。
Pipeline design is to connect various equipment through pipelines according to the process pipeline and instrument flow diagram(PID).During the process of medium transmission,pipelines often suffer from high temperature,high pressure,and chemical corrosion.Once subjected to external forces or thermal expansion and contraction,they are prone to deformation and displacement,leading to huge risks.Through pipeline stress analysis,further optimization adjustments can be made to the pipeline direction,nozzle load,support setting,and pipeline flexibility,ensuring the safe operation of pipeline devices while saving costs.
