某公司MTO装置离心式压缩机喘振原因分析及优化

摘要 离心式产品气压缩机是MTO装置的核心机组,2018年9月13日,该机组在降负荷过程中发生连续喘振情况,之后通过“三返一”防喘振阀及“四返四”防喘振阀的打开及流量调节,最终将机组运行平稳。波动影响了装置的平稳运行之外,还导致分离塔顶部放火炬阀打开,造成物料损失。对此,就喘振的发生原因及改进建议进行探究。分析认为工艺参数调整、防喘振阀不能及时打开是主要原因,建议重新测算喘振和防喘振曲线,调整防喘振阀投用时机。 The centrifugal product gas compressor is the core unit of the MTO device.On September 13,2018,the unit experienced continuous surge during the load reduction process.Afterwards,by opening and adjusting the flow rate of the"three return one"anti surge valve and the"four return four"anti surge valve,the unit was ultimately operated smoothly.The fluctuation not only affects the smooth operation of the device,but also causes the flare valve at the top of the separation tower to open,causing material loss.I will explore the causes and improvement suggestions for wheezing.The analysis shows that the main reasons are the adjustment of process parameters and the failure to open the anti-surge valve in time.It is suggested to re-calculate the surge and anti-surge curves and adjust the operation time of the anti-surge valve.
