抗水解剂对PGA降解性的影响

摘要 聚乙醇酸(PGA)存在熔体强度低、热稳定性差、降解快等缺点,限制了其在诸多领域的应用。在PGA中加入抗水解剂,与未加入抗水解剂的PGA-B相比,改性PGA-M的降解性得到改善,PGA-M3降解60a后质量损失为45.6%,而PGA-B则高达92.3%。所有样品的数均分子量、接触角都随着降解时间的增加而降低,水吸收量随降解时间的增加而增加,且PGA-M的增加或者降低趋势都低于PGA-B,说明抗水解剂的加入有效抑制了PGA的降解;降解60a后的样品表面形貌也说明了相同的结果。 Polyglycolic acid(PGA)has some disadvantages,such as low melt strength,poor thermal stability and fast degradation,which limit the application of PGA in many fields.Antihydrolytics were added to PGA to study the effect of the antihydrolytics on the degradability of PGA.compared with the modified PGA-M degradation improved with PGA-B without hydrolysis resistance,its mass loss was 45.6%after 60 days of PGA-M3 degradation,while its mass-loss was up to 92.3%for PGA-B.It is found that the number of all samples decreased relative to molecular weight and contact Angle with the increase of degradation time,and the water absorption amount increased with the increase of degradation time,and the increase or decrease trend of PGA-M samples was lower than that of PGA-B samples,indicating that the addition of anti-hydrolysis agent effectively inhibited the degradation of PGA;the surface morphology of the sample after 60 days of degradation also showed the same result.
