摘要
研究生教育是培养高层次创新人才的主要途径,是建设创新型国家的重要基石。针对我校化学类研究生培养质量提升面临的主要问题,提出以“生源选拔”多样化为基础、“培养模式”个性化为核心、“课程建设”模块化为重点的化学类研究生培养体系。实践证明,提高生源质量、改革培养模式、优化课程设置对化学类研究生培养质量的提升有良好的推动作用。
Postgraduate education is the main way to cultivate high-level innovative talents and an important cornerstone of building an innovative country.This article proposes a chemical graduate training system,in which the diversification of"student source selection"is the foundation,the personalization of"training mode"acts as the core,and the modularization of"curriculum construction"uses as the focus,aiming to address the main issues facing the improvement of the quality of chemical graduate training in Southwest University.Our practice has proven that boosting the quality of student sources,reforming training models,and optimizing curriculum settings have a good driving effect on promoting the quality of chemical postgraduate education.
