摘要
文章旨在研究如何优化江苏省民营企业人才环境,探讨提高人才吸引力和留住人才的方法及策略。采用问卷调查和实地访谈的方法,对江苏省民营企业的人才环境进行了调查和分析。研究结果表明,通过提供有吸引力的薪酬福利、良好的工作环境和发展机会,能够吸引更多的优秀人才加入民营企业,并能留住现有的人才。此外,建立和完善人才培养体系及人才激励机制也是优化人才环境的重要方面。该研究也为其他地区和行业的民营企业提供了借鉴及推广的前景,进一步促进了人才流动,优化了人才环境。
The purpose of this study is to research how to optimise the talent environment of private enterprises in Jiangsu province,and to explore methods and strategies to improve the attractiveness of talent and retain talent.Questionnaires and field interviews were used to investigate and analyse the talent environment of private enterprises in Jiangsu province.The results of the study show that by providing attractive remuneration and benefits,a good working environment and development opportunities,more excellent talents can be attracted to join private enterprises and existing talents can be retained.In addition,establishing and improving the talent training system and talent incentive mechanism are also important aspects of optimising the talent environment.The study also provides prospects for private enterprises in other regions and industries to learn and promote,further promoting talent mobility and optimising the talent environment.
