摘要
本文依据客观性、全面性、可度量性等原则构建南宁市生态环境与社会经济系统评价指标体系,运用熵权法确定指标权重,引入耦合度模型、协调发展度模型和剪刀差模型,分析南宁市2012-2021年间生态环境与社会经济之间的耦合协调程度及动态演变过程。结果表明,南宁市自然生态环境与社会经济发展的耦合度属于极强耦合范畴,两个系统在高水平有序状态稳定发展,且二者的协调发展度在不断得到改善,表明南宁市政府及相关部门通过实施强有力的生态环境保护政策,在生态环境保护措施方面已取得了阶段性的成效。
This article constructs an evaluation index system for the ecological environment and socio-economic system in Nanning City based on the principles of objectivity,comprehensiveness,and measurability.The entropy weight method is used to determine the index weight,and the coupling degree model,coordinated development model,and scissors difference model are introduced to analyze the coupling coordination degree and dynamic evolution process between the ecological environment and socio-economic system in Nanning City from 2012 to 2021.The results indicate that the coupling degree between the natural ecological environment and socio-economic development in Nanning City belongs to the category of extremely strong coupling.The two systems develop steadily in a high-level and orderly state,and their coordinated development degree is constantly improving.This indicates that the Nanning Municipal Government and relevant departments have achieved phased results in implementing strong ecological environment protection policies in terms of ecological environment protection measures.
