制造业数字化转型路径研究

Research on the Path of Digital Transformation in Manufacturing Industry

数字化转型是制造业产业转型升级的重要途径。本文以镇江制造业为研究对象,探寻其数字化转型路径,既符合产业发展规律需要,又是推动地区经济转型的重要战略性选择。镇江市制造业在发展数字经济上已有一定成果,主要集中在智能制造、新材料、医疗健康等行业,但转型过程中存在困境。文章通过评估镇江制造企业数字化转型实际情况,分析影响数字化转型的因素,建立模型实证研究。根据研究结论,从优化产业政策、提高数字化水平等方面提出推动镇江制造业升级的针对性建议。

Digital transformation is an important way for the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.This article takes the manufacturing industry in Zhenjiang as the research object to explore its digital transformation path,which is not only in line with the needs of industrial development laws,but also an important strategic choice to promote regional economic transformation.The manufacturing industry in Zhenjiang City has achieved certain results in the development of the digital economy,mainly concentrated in industries such as intelligent manufacturing,new materials,and medical health.However,there are difficulties in the transformation process.This paper evaluates the actual situation of digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises in Zhenjiang,analyzes the factors which affect digital transformation,and establishes models for empirical research.Based on the research findings,targeted suggestions are proposed to promote the upgrading of Zhenjiang's manufacturing industry through optimizing industrial policies and improving digital level.
