连续小箱梁桥病因分析与加固措施

摘要 连续小箱梁桥由于施工方法简单,施工质量可靠,在我国得到了广泛的应用,但较早期由于桥梁建设理念以节约为主,普遍存在箱型梁高度偏小、截面尺寸偏小、预应力体系不完善等情况,随着社会经济的飞速发展,高速公路及国省干线运营压力越来越大,随着车辆荷载的增加及结构本身的老化,多数连续小箱梁桥出现不同程度的病害,本文主要对某高速公路连续小箱梁桥病害的情况及原因进行分析,并针对性提出加固改造措施,对其他类似的桥梁的加固提供了一定的借鉴经验。 Continuous small box girder bridges have been widely used in China due to their simple construction methods and reliable construction quality.However,in the early stages,due to the bridge construction concept of economy,there were generally situations such as small box girder heights,small cross-sectional dimensions,and incomplete prestressed systems.With the rapid development of society and economy,the operating pressure on highways and national and provincial trunk lines is increasing.With the increase of vehicle loads and the aging of the structure itself,most continuous small box girder bridges have varying degrees of diseases.This article mainly analyzes the situation and causes of the diseases of a certain highway continuous small box girder bridge,and proposes targeted reinforcement and transformation measures,providing some reference experience for the reinforcement of other similar bridges.
