摘要
先进压缩空气储能技术(AA-CAES)是一种极具前景的大容量储能技术,有助于进一步提高综合能源系统的能量利用率。本文以湖北省电价政策为例,研究在“峰谷套利”模式下压缩空气储能电站的经济性。研究发现:在年利用小时数1340h时,储能电站的项目投资所得税后财务净现值小于零,投资回收期为15.33年,资本金内部收益率为4.16%低于基准收益率,经济效益较差,需要政府出台相关的支持政策,促进先进压缩空气储能电站的大规模推广和应用。本文还可为政府制定压缩空气储能电站政策提供理论依据。
Advanced Compressed Air Energy Storage Technology(AA-CAES)is a highly promising high-capacity energy storage technology which helps to further improve the energy utilization efficiency of integrated energy systems.This article takes the electricity price policy of Hubei Province as an example to study the economy of compressed air energy storage power plants under the"peak valley arbitrage"model.Research has found that when the annual utilization hours are 1340 hours,the post tax financial net present value of investment income for energy storage power stations is less than zero,the investment payback period is 15.33 years,and the internal rate of return on capital is 4.16%,which is lower than the benchmark rate of return.The economic benefits are poor,and the government needs to introduce relevant support policies to promote the large-scale promotion and application of advanced compressed air energy storage power stations.This article can also provide theoretical basis for the government to formulate policies for compressed air energy storage power plants.
