摘要
随着我国建筑业的蓬勃发展,建设工程项目的数量与日俱增。由于工程项目在建设过程中的诸多不可预见性,工程风险无处不在,因此将风险管理应用于造价管理中就显得尤为重要。本文从建筑工程的决策阶段、设计阶段、发承包阶段、施工阶段及竣工阶段出发,对全过程造价中存在的风险进行分析,并依据熵权模糊综合法构建风险评价模型。最后对工程实例进行风险评价,识别出了对工程造价影响的关键阶段,为建设单位进行造价风险管理提供参考。
With the booming development of China's construction industry,the number of construction projects is increasing day by day.Due to the many unpredictability of engineering projects in the construction process,engineering risks are everywhere,so it is particularly important to apply risk management in cost management.In this paper,from the decision-making stage,design stage,contracting stage,construction stage and completion stage of the construction project,we analyze the risks in the whole process of costing and construct a risk evaluation model based on the entropy weight fuzzy synthesis method.Finally,the risk evaluation of the project example identifies the key stages that have an impact on the project cost,which provides a reference for the construction unit to carry out cost risk management.
