摘要
介绍小直径洞室采用TBM长距离掘进施工技术,包括TBM的组装、施工方法、操作要点、掘进过程中的模式选择、参数调整等。通过对掘进不同岩石级别选择最佳模式和调整最优参数,确定高效掘进速度,同时保证施工质量。其次,通过对TBM掘进工作、性能、地质等参数监测与分析,取得不同岩石级别下掘进参数最佳匹配规律,作为其他工程TBM施工的重要参数积累和参考。最后总结出长距离小直径洞室采用TBM掘进施工的风险源及应对措施。
This article introduces the TBM long-distance excavation construction technology for small diameter tunnels,including the assembly of TBM,construction methods,operation points,mode selection during the excavation process,parameter adjustment,etc.By selecting the optimal mode and adjusting the optimal parameters for different rock levels during excavation,the efficient excavation speed is determined while ensuring construction quality.Secondly,by monitoring and analyzing TBM excavation work,performance,geological and other parameters,the optimal matching law of excavation parameters under different rock levels is obtained,which serves as an important parameter accumulation and reference for TBM construction in other engineering projects.Finally,the risk sources and response measures of using TBM excavation for long-distance small diameter tunnels are summarized.
