摘要
综述了青稞的主要营养活性物质及其作用,以及青稞面包的开发与应用现状,并简单分析了未来发展的应用前景,以期为青稞产业开发提供依据。
The main nutritive active substances and their functions of highlandbarley,as well as the de-velopment and application status of highland barley bread were summarized.The application prospect of future development was briefly analyzed,in order to provide the basis for the development of highland barley industry.
